Very impressed brought a ka a few months ago for 500 very honest had an oil leak and they fixed it at no extra cost 2k miles later perfect would recommend these will be back 1 day keep up the great work!

Mainly use parts dept. Friendly, helpful staff. Prices always better at Paynes, compared to other Ford dealers. Often have engine oil on offer. They did a fuel system service a while back on my Transit. All Ok, good communication from service dept.

A really friendly helpful Ford dealer. While it's a main dealer it's also independently owned and you get the benefit of both an independent and main dealer. Always do good work and tell you if something doesn't need doing. Used them for servicing for 14 years and bought the last car here as well.
