My dental appointment with Dr Mandy and her team was great, I only had a checkup and a small filling done but I was totally relaxed. This was my first visit to this practice but my dentist has always been Dr Mandy for 12 years now as she is the best. Dr Mandy is well known for dealing with nervous patients of which I was one 12 years ago, due to previous dentists treatment. Since then I have been a fan. I've had my second checkup now and all is well, a different nurse this time but equally professional treatment from the team. Thank you.

Wonderful practice, wonderful staff, from the delightful and helpful receptionist, to the very patient and skilful dentist and dental assistant who treated me! The premises are clean and welcoming, and in a central location to me, with good street parking, so a bonus. I am not at all afraid of having dental treatment but I am certain that even nervous patients do feel completely at ease there! 10/10.

No fancy frills no hype just proper professional treatment from start to finish . And this is from someone who has always kept the dentist at arms length after being treated poorly as a child . Arrived at 19:05 on a bank holiday weekend Sunday with a very sore knee after a fall, I was seen, x rayed, had a splint put on, given crutches and helped out by 20:18! Brilliant service, lovely staff and I'm so glad that I went here rather than walsgrave. Would recommend George Eliot A&E to anyone.

I was reluctant to use this branch as reviews were grim but I had no choice. Starting with collecting my damaged car, they were swift and bang on time. Courtesy car was left and found to be better than expected. Repairs went well and communication was almost daily keeping me fully informed all the way. Front desk staff are pleasant and very efficient. Collected car, fully valeted inside and out and repairs were as good as new. I would highly recommend this repair shop despite the bad reviews.

Since joining in December I have been blown away by the place. Only slightly more than local leisure center but miles ahead in service. The pool area is always clean and relaxing and there are plenty of classes on offer. Even peak times in the gym there are plenty of pieces of equipment available. The staff are great and you are always welcomed by a lovely staff member on reception who are always happy to help if needed. Plus there is a great cafe!
I went here when staying away with work it was fun in the class and much more equipped than my gym. the changing rooms were a little bit grubby tho

I became a member of The Fitness Centre when I moved to Nuneaton from a neighbouring City.It was the first gym that I visited along with some others and pick the best one.It was the only gym I visited as when I seen what they had to offer, with machines and free wieghts plus the cardiovascular equipment and the relaxed knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere that sealed it.Its also kept spotlessly clean.Its 'The king of gyms'

This is a fantastic care home, i am gobsmacked to see these bad reviews. My mum has lived at gildawood for 3 years and is very happy. She is given the best care by all the amazing staff there. I only visit every other week now as i dont worry about her. All the staff are obviously very good at their jobs and have great pride in the care they give. They are always friendly and the home is very clean. Would recommend this home for anyone's loved ones that need caring for.
The team make you feel extremely welcome, right from Jo the manager all the way through the entire team. The little details throughout the whole home goes a long way to making it a warm and cosy home. Well done!

The warm welcome bowls you over the moment you walk through the doors the staff are smartly dressed polite and very friendly. All staff can advise and inform you of the running of the home who management are where to go and who to see, families are confident to have a parent or family member become a resident. The food served is of an excellent quality so much so the staff also eat there at a small fee and family members can join the residents for lunch or tea if they so wish, visiting hours are vast so many families have the freedom to visit when they want to or are available to. Entertainment is put on regularly in keeping with the eras of the residents staff join in and include the residents even those that maybe unable to visit the communal lounge. I would not hesitate to move a family member into acorn lodge as I know the staff always go that extra mile for the residents and they create a wonderful atmosphere. I used to work on reception and has been the cleanest nicest most friendly caring environment I've ever worked in. Extending my own family was my reason for leaving otherwise I'd have been happy to remain in employment there. I have made many friends there whom I still see and visit at the home occasionally, the standards are always to a high level and I always feel welcome and at ease when I'm there. I have suffered with back pain on and off for over 15 years and have tried physiotherapy and numerous chiropractors every time I had a flare up with limited or no success .After attending my doctors following my back going once again and then being informed of a 12 week wait to see a physiotherapist and due to being in a lot of pain I attended Colin McCann osteopath expecting the normal 8 to 10 courses of treatment .I had two sessions of treatment I am now completely pain free .No aches ,no twinges unbelievable ,I could not recommend Colin McCan highly enough .

What a fantastic vets this is! I had to have my dog put to sleep last week I was heartbroken I’d had him nearly 17 years. The vet I saw was Emma she explained everything that was going to happen & was very patient with me & was lovely with my dog Eric. I was in there well over an hour I didn’t feel rushed at all & I was left alone to say goodbye after he’d gone. I’ve been to collect his ashes today & they’re in a lovely sealed canister with a certificate & a small posy....lovely touch thankyou Paws 🐾 you made a traumatic experience a little easier!!

Visited Ash with an ankle injury. Got me pain free and running a half marathon in two weeks. Relaxed atmosphere and really knows his stuff. Would highly recommend.
I Called Ash and he was kind, compassionate and very helpful.. he needs to see you to assess you but it’s worth it. He is easy to talk to. The practice is not fancy or full of candles just the right equipment and him. Lots of sports, as well as people of all ages and abilities, go which makes it very relaxed. You may have to wait 5 Minutes but he always gives you the time you need!! I go on and off for twinges and sometimes just for a relax massage. I would highly recommend him to all.

The two doctors I saw just kept giving me tablets that weren't helping then a friend recommended going to see an osteopath - I found Tom and I felt 100% better after just one session. He's a really nice guy, very professional and very knowledgeable.

The selection of glasses is somewhat limited with greater emphasis on the higher budget frames. If you're looking to spend within mid range £64 - £85 with the addition of additional lense features then you'll be spending around the region of £100 and this includes the discounts! The majority of the staff were friendly and very helpful, although there is a young lady who was both rude on the phone, and in person looked both irritated and miserable. The store can get quite busy as its situated right in the centre of the high street but overall the service was quick and efficient. The whole process of eye tests to glasses collection took 1 week.
Smooth service, hence the 3 stars. The overall quality was undermined by the poor customer service at collection. The collection lady was not welcoming and rather miserable. We spent over a £100 and therefore, expect more polite and welcoming approach. The guy, Amjad or something to this effect, was polite, but the lady working along him in collection was unprofessional. Won't be going back to spend my money.

Rachel is a knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist. Her advice and support have helped me with a recent ankle injury. She located the point of the injury, worked on it and gave me advice regarding starting back up with training. She is also a genuinely lovely person, very caring and kind, makes you very comfortable. I have sampled other therapies available at Recoop, and I can also highly recommend a massage with Brookes Beauty too. Tailored to what you need, invigorating and refreshing. Lindsey is also very kind and caring taking time to assess what you need. Would definitely recommend ReCoop for whatever your needs!
